People throughout Virginia and indeed the entire world are concerned about the Covid-19/Coronavirus and how to carry on their daily lives during this health crisis. We share your concern here at Priority and are taking unprecedented steps to protect you, your family and our own Priority family.

We have always taken great pride in cleanliness and hygiene throughout each of our dealerships in every aspect of sales and service. With this new health concern, we have intensified our efforts to avoid the unnecessary spread of the virus throughout our stores. Some steps we have taken include:

 

  • Home vehicle test drives available upon request
  • Home vehicle delivery available for most new or used vehicle purchases
  • Drop off service available all day
  • Schedule adjustments for Service advisors to limit customer facing employees by 50%
  • 6ft perimeter to identify distance between customers and associates
  • Appropriate spacing between associates and coworkers
  • Home service appointments available for recalls, ask your advisor.
  • Maintaining regular business hours without shuttle service and no late pick up
  • Dedicated staff members cleaning, sanitizing and wiping down chairs, handles, desks, phonts, etc. every 30 minutes.
  • COVID-19 Training for employees to assure compliance with Governor Northan Executive order and appropriate procedures for all state requirements during this time.
