2022 Toyota Corolla Hatchback

The 2022 Toyota Corolla Hatchback is a compact model offered in three trim levels: SE, SE Nightshade Edition, and XSE. You can also add a Special Edition package to the SE trim. From the outside, this vehicle shows off sporty styling with an oversized front grille, aggressive LED front lighting, and rounded curves on the back end. The SE trim comes with 16-inch alloy wheels, LED taillights, a rear spoiler, dark gray accents on the front end, a single exhaust with dual chrome diffusers, and heated side mirrors with integrated turn signal indicators.

Stepping up to the SE Nightshade Edition adds black accents, including a black rear diffuser surround and complementary black exhaust diffusers, side rocker panels, specialty badges, and upgraded 18-inch black alloy wheels. The XSE tacks on 18-inch machined-finish alloy wheels, side rocker panels, and chrome accents.

Beneath the hood of the 2022 Corolla Hatchback, you'll find a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 168 horsepower and 151 pound-feet of torque. It works with a dynamic-shift continuously variable transmission that sends power to the front wheels. A manual transmission is available as an option.

This compact model boasts impressive efficiency, but that's not the only area in which it will impress you when you get behind the wheel.
