2023 Toyota Sienna

For the 2023 Sienna, seven trim levels are available: LE, XLE, XSE, Woodland Edition, 25th Anniversary Edition, Limited, and Platinum. With so many different versions, there's bound to be a Sienna for you. Available 20-inch dark alloy wheels, sporty black or chrome details, and a honeycomb grille are just a few highlights. All models come with power sliding side doors, and the starting LE model is well-equipped with both LED headlights and taillights, heated side mirrors, and keyless entry.

Each trim gets fancier and more customized, like the new 25th Anniversary Edition with auto-dimming reverse tilt-down side mirrors with memorized settings. The Platinum offers the best of everything, and on the outside adds a foot-activated power liftgate, Bi-LED projector headlights, 20- or 18-inch wheels, and plenty more.

The 2023 Sienna's 245-horsepower hybrid drivetrain is made up of a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, either one or two electric motors, and a continuously variable automatic transmission. This powertrain produces 176 lb-ft of torque and has a maximum towing capacity of 3,500 lbs. Front-wheel drive is the standard, but available all-wheel drive adds a second electric motor. The Sienna can go from zero to 60 mph in 7.9 seconds with either configuration.

With Toyota, quality is never sacrificed, and this minivan is at the top of its class for both city driving and weekend road trips. An optional sport-tuned suspension helps to deliver dynamic performance, making the Sienna feel even lighter. The towing capacity makes it handy for most medium or small towing jobs. The Sienna is also easy to park in small spaces because of its small turning radius, precise steering, and low body lean.

The interior of the 2023 Toyota Sienna is spacious, comfortably fitting seven or eight people in its cloth-appointed seats, or leather on the Anniversary Edition, Limited, and Platinum. If 33.5 cubic feet of cargo space behind the third row is insufficient, you can lower the third-row seats for a total of 75.2 cubic feet of room, or both rows for 101 cubic feet. Seats can also slide back or forward in the two back rows.

On the LE or higher, you'll get a 1500W power outlet, a nine-inch touchscreen, a six-speaker audio infotainment system that supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Amazon Alexa, and a total of seven USB ports. Additionally, Toyota provides a SiriusXM satellite radio and an onboard Wi-Fi hotspot.

The 2023 Sienna earned the Top Safety Pick+ designation from the IIHS. Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 is standard, including lane departure alert with steering assist, a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, full-speed adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, lane tracing assist, and road sign assist. A blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert and a rear-seat reminder are also standard. Each trim level is more advanced, with the top-level Platinum adding a panoramic view monitor and driver head-up display.
