Powerful Performance

Slide behind the wheel of the 2021 GR Supra 2.0 for a 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder engine offering 255 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. You can go from 0 to 60 in just 5 seconds in this vehicle.

The GR Supra 3.0 is powered by a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline 6-cylinder engine. This delivers 382 horsepower and 368 lb-ft of torque, taking you from 0 to 60 in just 3.9 seconds. Both engines have an electronically controlled top track speed of 155 mph and 8-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.

Every 2021 GR Supra comes with a free one-year membership to the National Auto Sport Association (NASA). This provides you with discounted admission to NASA-sanctioned events and one free High Performance Driving Experience (HPDE) so you can truly experience the power behind this vehicle.

Handling and Driving

The 2021 GR Supra offers responsive turning and a smooth ride. The 2.0 is over 200 pounds lighter than the 3.0 so you can change direction quicker, but you do so at the cost of the added cylinders. Going into sport mode with the 3.0 delivers a satisfying crack as the throttle tightens and the exhaust valves open. The transition is less impressive in the 2.0, which also has some rev-hang.

Sleek Cockpit

The compact cockpit inside the 2021 GR Supra is driver-focused, with a 2+2 seating arrangement, making it ideal for a cruise alone or with someone special. For a coupe cabin, the interior is adequately sized but may be tight for taller adults with 42.2 inches of legroom and 38.3 inches of headroom.

The interior features an 8.8-inch infotainment display, which is an upgrade from the 6.5-inch screen in the previous Supra. There are just four base speakers in the 2021 model. The seats are manually adjustable in the four-cylinder model to keep the vehicle lighter as a whole. In the six-cylinder Supras, you’ll enjoy 14-way electronically adjustable seating.

Trunk and Cargo Space

Though sports cars aren’t known for their cargo space, the Supra delivers admirably with a trunk offering 10.2 cubic feet of space under a hatchback-style liftgate. Though shallow, the trunk can easily accommodate groceries and reasonably sized luggage. Up front, you have dual cup holders, door pockets, an armrest storage bin, and storage cubbies in front of the shifter.
