Fall Festival Costume Contest Rules

These are the rules governing all contests on Facebook, Twitter or any other social media site, and on the PriorityToyotaChesapeake.com website or any respective Priority Toyota Chesapeake dealership website, unless otherwise specified in the following rules as of October 27, 2019.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PRIORITY TOYOTA CHESAPEAKE FALL FESTIVAL COSTUME CONTEST . Contest(“Contest”) Event begins at 1:00:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Saturday, October 26, 2019 and ends at 6:00 PM EST on Saturday, October 27, 2019 (“Contest Entry Period”). Voting period for all eligible costume contest entrants begins after 6:00:00 PM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on Saturday, October 26, 2019 and ends at 4:00 PM EST on Thursday, October 31, 2019 (“Voting Period”).

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter any Priority Toyota Chesapeake dealership contest unless stated specifically.
  2. Only ONE ENTRY FORM will be accepted PER ELIGIBLE CONTESTANT during the CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD. If multiple entry forms are submitted, 'winner' is subject to being discarded and another winner chosen at Priority Toyota Chesapeake's sole discretion.
  3. No prize is transferable. No substitution for a prize will be made at the request of winner. Priority Toyota Chesapeake reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value.
  4. This is a family contest – keep it fun and kid friendly, please.
  5. Our contest is open to all ages. Families are welcome to enter as a group.
  6. Those wishing to enter the costume contest must be present at Priority Toyota Chesapeake Saturday, October 27, 2019 between 1PM– 6PM EST to have a photo taken in your costume. We will NOT accept submitted photos/entries after contest entry timeframe. Please note that all persons wishing to enter the contest must turn in an Official Entry Form Saturday, October 26th between the hours of 1PM-6PM EST.
  7. Voting will take place on the Priority Toyota Chesapeake Facebook page between Saturday, October 26, 2019 after 6PM EST and Thursday, October 31, 2019 at 4PM EST. The picture with the most “likes” by 4PM EST on October 31, 2019 will win the 1st place prize of $300. The picture with the second most “likes” will win the 2nd place prize of $200. The picture with the third most “likes” will win the 3rd place prize of $100. Make sure you share, share, SHARE your photo with your friends and family and ask them to LIKE your entry photo! In the event of a tie, Priority Toyota Chesapeake Management will select a winner in the tie-breaking position. You may DOUBLE the prize toward your trade, must be used by December 31st 2019, unless otherwise put in writing.

  8. This event will be heavily photographed. These photos will be displayed on the Priority Toyota Chesapeake Facebook page and other social media platforms, as well as, the dealership website. By registering, all Priority Toyota Chesapeake Costume Contest participants agree to let Priority Toyota Chesapeake use their images/likeness and entry form information (such as name) for promotional purposes, both photographs and video.
  9. Employees and employee family members of Priority Auto Group are not eligible to win. Employees and immediate family of Priority Auto Group and all of its dealerships, body shops and other services are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse/partner, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse/partner. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
  10. Priority Toyota Chesapeake reserves the right to disqualify any winner if any contest rules are violated in any way. Entrants WILL BE DISQUALIFIED if ‘like’ tampering is suspected. This includes entrants paying 3rd party companies, or using like boosting applications for ‘fake likes’ to their photo.
  11. Priority Toyota Chesapeake reserves the right to amend the rules to any contest at any time. The judge’s decision is always final.
  12. Priority Toyota Chesapeake shall have no responsibility for contestant’s inability or failure to participate, failure to win or claim any prize based on malfunction or difficulties with telephone, cell phone, texting, email, or internet access, or any other circumstances in any contest beyond Priority Toyota Chesapeake’s control.
  13. The contest winners will be contacted by email, facebook and/or phone and informed on how to collect their prize on or before November 4th, 2019.
