An eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat now comes standard on the XLE trim and above. If you want a moonroof for your RAV4, you’ll be able to add it when you equip your SUV with the Convenience Package, which also gives you a power liftgate and heated front seats. Even the sound system has been updated — every 2020 RAV4 Hybrid comes with an 11-speaker JBL system.
Hybrid Efficiency

The 2.5-liter Toyota Hybrid System II engine produces a combined 219 horsepower for you to navigate through the world. Another change to the 2020 RAV4 model is in the hybrid battery warranty. What was once covered for 8 years or 100,000 miles is now covered for 10 years or 150,000 miles!

Available heated and ventilated front seats, along with the dual-zone climate control with rear-row vents, keep you comfortable no matter what the weather brings. If you need more room, lay the split-folding rear row down to open up the cabin for more cargo.
