If you are looking to buy a Toyota SUV, you might be wondering whether the Rav4 or the 4Runner would be the better choice. The rugged and functional 4Runner might be the better option if you’re into off-roading, whereas the Rav4 offers more advanced high-tech and safety features. Here is some more info on these two SUVs.
Performance and Power
The 2019 4Runner sports a 4-liter V-6, paired with a five-speed automatic transmission, that is good for 270 horsepower and 278 pound-feet of torque. This engine will allow you to tow up to 5,000 pounds. For superior traction control, the 4Runner features a kinetic dynamic suspension system, which automatically controls suspension, as well as crawl control.
